It is with great pleasure that we announce the return of Jonathan Fine to the Cambridge Hotel as our new Executive Chef. Jonathan originally opened the restored hotel‘s restaurant in 1999. We are excited to have Chef Fine aboard; he brings to us his incredible spirit with an exciting menu, commitment to community and a rejuvenating vision. Our new Dinner Bistro hours are Thursday through Saturday 5 pm - 9 pm and Sunday 3 pm to 8 pm. The All Day and Winter Wednesday menu will be available on Wednesdays from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm and Thursday through Sunday starting at 11 am. Please stop by and help us welcome Jonathan back into the Cambridge Hotel family.
