Each of our seventeen comfortable rooms (SEE BELOW) include a private bath, air conditioning, ceiling fan, television and telephone. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. No two rooms are the same, each being uniquely decorated in the Victorian or country style. You will capture the romantic charm and feeling from a time when our hotel was in its splendor.

You are invited to swap books or borrow one from our hotel Guest Library, relax away from the stresses and strains of everyday life and enjoy a chat with other guests, visit the old opera house and other grand Victorian buildings in town, or play a game of checkers on the porch before dinner.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICIES

Our "In Season" rates run from April 1st through October 31st. Our "Out of Season" rates run from Noverber 1st through March 31st. Rates in bold indicate our weekend rates. There is a two day minimum stay for Holidays at Season Rate (Memorial Day, Martin Luther King, Fourth of July, Weekends during Saratoga Races, Presidents Day, Labor Day, Battenkill Road Race,etc.).  If rooms are available we may make an exception to the minimum stay.  Please call us to see about availability.   All rates include a continental breakfast.
